Hi!

I have been working with my server lately, and attempting to have it working while I'm gone for this coming week.

I was told by my server hosting company to switch to 64-bit MySQL server software to lessen any lag while I was gone.

Unfortunately they told me nothing about backing up my database and now I'm being told to delete my C:\Documents And Settings\All Users\Application Data\MySQL folder in order to install this new MySQL software.

However, I have transferred over the C:\Documents And Settings\All Users\Application Data\MySQL folder to my home computer and was wondering if it was possible to backup my information using this. Now, when MySQL runs on my home computer, it returns this in my log files and fails to start up:

100718 20:21:12 [Note] Plugin 'FEDERATED' is disabled.
InnoDB: Error: log file .\ib_logfile0 is of different size 0 324009984 bytes
InnoDB: than specified in the .cnf file 0 25165824 bytes!
100718 20:21:13 [ERROR] Plugin 'InnoDB' init function returned error.
100718 20:21:13 [ERROR] Plugin 'InnoDB' registration as a STORAGE ENGINE failed.
100718 20:21:13 [ERROR] Unknown/unsupported table type: INNODB
100718 20:21:13 [ERROR] Aborting

100718 20:21:13 [Note] C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\bin\mysqld: Shutdown complete

I am LOST and PANICKING as of right now as I do not wish to lose any clients due to this mistake over the coming week.

Thank you VERY MUCH,

- Daniel Li
